Stick with the Plan
Stick With The Plan - Praise, Pray & Give Thanks # 212
Happy Thanksgiving! As we celebrate our blessings, be sure and tell the people you love how much you appreciate them. One Thanksgiving, I took the time to thank both sets of my grandparents. Looking back, I am so happy I told them. It was the last Thanksgiving they were all still with us. That memory means so much to me. I want to encourage you this holiday to get THANKFUL for all the wonderful family and precious friends in your life.
Stick With the Plan - Got Joy? # 211
Have you ever felt like you lost your joy? Even on days when it seems your joy has been misplaced, it’s in there! You have a supernatural joy from heaven. Jesus said, “His joy shall remain in you that your joy should be full!” Remember, your joy makes the devil mad. He’s looking at you to see if he’s winning. Keep your joy and see the victory. Watch this and be encouraged, let the joy of the Lord be your strength!
Stick with the Plan - Peace in the Storm # 210
Recently, I was on a flight to Florida to speak at Church United of Naples. When suddenly the plane turbulently drops five times. When you’re in the air, this is pretty scary. People were screaming and babies were crying. The stewardess was also yelling loudly in fear. Nerves were high. Even my eleven year old daughter turned to me with tears in her eyes and said, “Mommy!” I had a choice, do I cry in fear or decide to trust God? I quickly reminded my daughter that I knew the maker of the wind and I’ve already prayed for this flight, we are safe. I thought, if Jesus was on this flight he’d speak, “Peace to the storm!” And that’s exactly what I did and all turbulence ceased and we landed safe & sound. Today, I want to encourage you no matter the chaos around you, the storm must listen to your voice! Speak peace today!
Stick With the Plan - Who’s the Boss # 209
Recently, we had a squirrel in the attic. Yes, it was crazy. This animal was was scratching around above our heads at night. It was so annoying. Finally, I realized, this is my house! I told that squirrel to get out of my house and stood in faith that no pests were allowed in our home. The Lord spoke to my heart and reminded me, “Don’t let things that don’t belong to you stay in your life!” I knew exactly what God meant. Things like; flu symptoms, diseases, depression, and financial lack have no place. Jesus paid the price for you to be free. Take charge, be the boss today in your life!
Stick With The Plan - I’m Not Dead # 208
If you’re not dead, God still has a purpose for you. Many times we try to make excuses for not giving life our all. Maybe you feel too young or too old, others may feel limited by lack of education or skills. It’s never too late to go after your dream. My son, Lake, was running a cross country race last week. He thought it was a 5K it turned out to be only a 3K. Before he realized it, he was at the finish line with still some energy left in his tank. Lake was so disappointed it was over before he gave it his all. He thought he had more time. It would be a mistake not to live each day to its fullest. The only thing that satisfies is pursuing your heavenly purpose. I don’t want to finish this life with anything left in my tank. Life is short. Watch this and be inspired to finish your race with all you have!
Stick With The Plan - I’m Lost # 207
My husband Jay was telling me a story of when he was seven years old and lost in the woods. His older brother Don, an expert boy-scout, had left early in the morning to go on a hike up the mountain with a friend and of course, didn’t want to wake up his little brother. So when Jay woke up, he was very disappointed they left without him and decides to catch up to them all alone. Jay wasn’t too far up the mountain when he got scared and realized, “I’m lost!” In today’s Stick With the Plan, we’re talking about the many times in life we have this feeling of being lost. Yet, God knows exactly where we are and how to lead us out. Watch this and be encouraged!
Stick With The Plan - Never Stop Growing # 206
This message was inspired by our fall break trip to Florida. My husband Jay thought of a great adventure for our family. He scheduled an airboat ride at Corey Billie’s. It was a blast! Our kids were thrilled and me too! We saw so many alligators and even got to hold one. One alligator fact that impressed me was how this animal never stops growing. It’s always increasing its size. The bigger the alligator, the older it is in years. So, immediately I began to think, let’s take this with us. As long as we’re living, we’ll keep developing & increasing in our knowledge of Christ. You’ve heard the saying, “Never stop learning; for when we stop learning, we stop growing.” In God’s word, we are encouraged throughout to keep maturing into the full stature of Christ. Therefore, we should never stop learning of Jesus. As long as we keep developing our Christ-like character, we’ll never stop growing.
Stick With The Plan - Rewired # 204
Tired of negative thoughts ruining your day? There’s good news! You can rewire your brain to be happy by simply recalling 3 things you’re grateful for everyday for 21 days. Yes, it’s true you can think yourself happy. Instead of complaining, try being thankful! Complaining causes the brain to built a bridge or a connector within itself, enabling you to become a compulsive complainer. Being thankful retrains your mind to think happy or positive thoughts. Rewire your brain today by expressing your gratitude!
Stick With The Plan - Song In Your Heart # 203
In the most difficult trials, God gives you a song in your heart. Looking at the Bible in Psalms 40:3, “He put a new song in my mouth a song of praise to our God.” Jesus is allowed to be king in our life when we praise Him. Another benefit of praise, is your faith in God is strengthened while you’re giving glory to God. Here’s an example, my son Lake told me during his cross country race, he was feeling like giving up. Yet, a praise song came up out of his heart and gave him the extra push he needed to finish the course. In today’s video, see how to allow the song in your heart to come out of your mouth to help you finish what God has started in your life.
Stick With The Plan - From the Top # 202
Ever notice when you’re in a very intense situation you can’t see any solutions? You have to pull away and think about something else then come back to it later and then you get the answer. You needed to visualize it from a new angle. Today, I want to encourage you with this truth; you are seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus! That means you have a higher perspective. You can see above the trouble. Talk about a view from the top! Watch this and be empowered with a new perspective in life!
Stick with the plan - In the Time Of Trouble # 201
In troubled times, you are not alone! The word of God tells us to fear not! I was so inspired last week when I heard the testimony of nurses from Lake Charles, LA. During Hurricane Laura, a group of NICU nurses, while their families had been evacuated, they stayed behind to help transported 19 babies on ventilators across town to a hospital on higher ground. All night long as the storm was raging, one of the nurses had a playlist of praise and worship songs playing. Their praises began to fill the halls of the that hospital and they felt the presence of God. The nurses said even though the wind was blowing against the building and the water was at the front doors, their spirits were high because they knew God was with them. In today’s video, remember that in the darkest of times, God is an ever present help in the time of trouble.
Stick with the plan - Don’t Lose Steam In The Dream # 200
🎉Let’s celebrate! 🎉 Today’s Stick With The Plan marks our 200th episode! Wow, I thought when we first started I had 10 messages that God placed in my heart. We didn’t have a camera, no editing tools, or a team to help us. Not to mentions the funds it takes to get started. Yet, we decided to BELIEVE for the DREAM. It would have been easy to give up as a result if the abundant setbacks and tall resistance. Instead of losing steam in the dream, we took small steps towards the dream everyday. One of the first breakthroughs happened one day when our neighbor felt led by God to give us some cash. I looked at that stack of cash on my kitchen table and said, “That’s my camera!” From that day forward, the team members and equipment starting coming into place. Don’t lose steam in your God given dream! In today’s video, be inspired to see God’s provision causing your dream to come to pass!
