Stick with the Plan
Stick With The Plan - Something Happens When I Call Your Name #225
Put power in your prayers when you ask in the name of Jesus. When you have faith in His name, something happens when I call His name. Jesus takes personal responsibility when we pray in His name. Look in the Bible at John 14:14, Jesus says, “If you ask anything in my name, I will do it.” These prayers get special attention, Jesus takes them right to the Father God. It is God’s joy to recognize that name. He gave Jesus a name above every name that at mention of His name every knee would bow and every tongue. That name gives us the power over all our enemies. Let your prayer go right to the top as you pray in the name of Jesus.
Stick with the Plan - You Have To Show Up # 224
I have a fitness app on my phone and the lady says, “ You can’t just subscribe, you must show up!” Meaning, she can’t get the results for you. I immediately started thinking about the Christian life. We can’t just own a Bible, we must read it and apply it to enjoy the benefits. We can’t just go to church and sit on a pew, we must participate to receive the blessing. No one can praise God for you. God says he’s looking for worshippers who worship Him in Spirit and in truth. We can’t just dial in our service to the Lord. In the word it says, “...work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.” If we want the blessing of God in our lives, we must show up and do all things until the Lord.
Stick with the Plan - Everlasting Love # 223
I truly didn’t understand an everlasting love until I had my two children. It’s as if another room in my heart opened up that I didn’t know was there. Nothing my kids do can shake my love for them. God tells us in His word, “Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love.” What does that mean? God’s love is unending, constant, infinite, around the clock, and perpetual. His love isn’t selfish, it’s unconditional. You never feel rejected in His love. In fact, because He first loved us, we can love Him. Let your heart be filled today with this everlasting love from your Father God.
Stick with the Plan - Mountain Moving Faith #222
We have MOUNTAIN MOVING FAITH. Jesus instructed His disciples to have faith in God. In the word of God, Mark 11:23, “For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.” In other words, Jesus is telling us if we can believe, we’ll have what we say. That’s so power. If we can out this principle into practice, we’ll be free from getting discouraged. When a mountain or trouble shows up in your life, don’t begin to worry, just start speaking to it and watch it move.
Stick With The Plan - Renew Your Mind #221
Jesus was always teaching His disciples with lessons that would give them a positive mindset. In the word of God, we are instructed not to be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of our minds through the word to what is good and acceptable to our Father God. Thinking like the world or letting media & news outlets shape our minds would be allowing our minds to conform to the natural way of thinking. We as Christians are not limited to this natural realm. God is asking us to have the mind of Christ, to think like God, so we can have faith to speak to impossible situation. It will be necessary for you to renew your mind by the scriptures to have the faith needed to demonstrate your miracle.
Stick With The Plan - If I Were the Enemy # 220
The enemy should never get the advantage over us. Let’s outwit him by allowing the Holy Spirit to show us the areas we need to strengthen in our lives. Recently, I heard a minister saying it would be a good idea to pretend you were the devil and ask yourself, “If I was going to take myself out, what areas are most vulnerable for attack?” After you discover where your weaknesses are, you can pray and add a spiritual buffer around them. It’s easier to fix the roof when the sun is out than when the storm has already hit. In other words, don’t be ignorant of your enemy or give him any place. Be encouraged today and safeguard your life through the word of God.
Stick With the Plan - God Pleasers #219
What motivated Jesus? What motivated Jesus to love like He loved, to act like He acted? The simple answer is; Jesus wanted to please His Father God. That’s my prayer, “Lord, I want your heart and give me your strategies to accomplish them.” Let’s get passionate after the things of God so we can walk worthy of the Lord fully pleasing Him, fruitful in every good work, and increasing in our knowledge of God. If you know the Father, you’ll want to please Him. The more you know Him, the more you want to please Him. Forgot about trying to please everyone and start pleasing The Father!
Stick With The Plan - Happiness Hunters #218
How can we beat those winter blues? Resist catching a case of the blahs by becoming a happiness hunter. Seek out people who are smile starters. It could be a cheery person at work or a fun neighbor. If someone drains you, find someone with a spark of life and enjoy their company. Let’s be the first to laugh in a stressful situation that can be helpful in finding a positive solution. Remember, the joy of the Lord is our strength. Happiness can be found in whose people who truly trust the Lord.
Stick With the Plan - Out With the Old In With the New #217
God has NEW blessings for you, but you might not have any room for them if you’re holding onto the past. In my heart, I felt like the Lord was saying to me, “Out with the old, in with the new!” I knew exactly what He meant for this new year. God was asking me to let go of my hurts, failures, shame, guilt, and disappointments to make room for the new blessings. We can ask the Lord to create within us a clean heart, free from the unwanted and hindering baggage. In this new year, let’s allow God to make all things new within us, making room to receive all the blessings we have in Jesus Christ.
Stick With the - Plan Highly Favored & Blessed #216
God calls you BLESSED! You can expect to live a life full of favor and blessings when you have accepted Jesus as Lord. You’re in a new family. The goodness of God and His mercies are following you all the days of your life. Remember in the Bible, when the angel appeared to Mary to tell her she was chosen by God to be the mother of the Savior of the world. She was highly favored and blessed, because God was with her. Mary believed what God had spoken to her through the angel. If you’ll believe the word of God and know it’s God speaking to you, you’ll experience the favor of God on your life!
Stick With the Plan - Stay on God’s Side #215
It’s tempting to get mad at God when something tragic happens or when you feel like your prayers weren’t answered. My mother-in-law, Mary Ann, would always remind me to stay on God’s side. That was such valuable advice to me at a time when I had just lost my mother. I was tempted to get lost in discouragement or get lost in the why’s yet, I knew I couldn’t get mad at God because I needed Him too badly to move forward. Be encouraged today, God loves you and He only wants good for you.
Stick With The Plan - Are You Ready For A Miracle? #214
Are you ready for a miracle? Expectancy is key to receiving your answer from God. Meaning, you are hoping something very good is about to happen. Take that hope a step farther and turn it into truly believing. If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. Remember, God is the performer, you are the believer! The only pressure on you is to stay believing God’s word no matter what the situation looks like. Get ready to receive you miracle today!
